The Story

My Doctor told me I needed to eat healthier. So I started eating trail mix after my lunch each day. I bought my own peanuts, almonds and cashews, some seeds and fruit and, you know what? It wasn’t bad. I could eat this. Every day after lunch. Then a thought hit me. Chocolate rocks. Chocolate rocks are perfect for trail mix. Their chocolaty goodness would mix really well with the salty flavors of the peanuts, cashews and almonds.

Thus the birth of Rockin’ Mix. I really like this mix. I thought others would too. Thus the birth of my mixes. TC’s Mixes. (TC for my name).

I hope you like my Rockin’ Mix. And I hope you buy a lot of it. It goes great with cocktails, as a snack for when friends come to visit, or just something to chew on.

Now I had the name, TC’s Mixes. Which implies plural. I needed more mixes. I love Caramel Corn, I love fresh salty popcorn. Mix them together and you’ve got Poppin’ Mix. A buttery sweet and salty treat that’s a joy to eat. And eat. And eat.

Lastly, we have Morning Mix. A darkly sweet blend of molasses roasted granola with three types of chocolate covered coffee beans (milk, white and dark). A perfect morning snack. My wife loves it on top of greek yogurt.

So there you have it. TC’s Mixes. We’re selling TC’s Mixes every other Saturday at the downtown Evanston Farmer’s Market in Evanston Illinois, come on by, have a taste and maybe take some home.

Thanks for taking a look.
